STAMP CLUB ROCKS!

Had the best time today! We meet once a month and make cards. What could be better?! Twice a month! The best part are the women of course. So neat to have such a group like this. I also love using some stamps that I normally wouldn't even look at. Not my style, but these cards turned out awesome! The stamp set is called NATURE WALK from Stampin Up. All three of these cards use this set. You can find it in their MINI catalog available until April 30th.

I am going to count these cards as the three I needed to catch up. All I want to do when I get home from club is to make more cards! It's sunday night though and that means showers and stuff for the kids and all that. I wonder what tomorrow will bring.

5 cards this time. Still trying to stay with it. NOT GIVING UP YET!

Sorry that these photos are not that great. These two cards happened because I was in a serious rut and these stripes made me so happy! You may see a few more of these cards. I am behind on etsy, but don't feel the pressure like I do for this blog. The inspiration is returning. I am on my last week of volunteering at the primary school so I think I will have more time.... MAYBE NOT...We will see.

2.23.11 - Inspired by the STRIPES!

This card is sort of made for me. Maybe a cupcake will help?! Yes, I need cupcakes! More rain coming this week and a new adventure next week. I am pretty excited to babysit my niece!

2 more gets me all caught up with a whole new day tomorrow.

These are my favorite two of this sad bunch. The butterfly was made first and the yorkie was made last... All the others happened with great struggle in the middle. What do I need to get back on track? A vacation? New paper? New toys? Nothing. Just time. Lots of new things going on and coming up, maybe I am stressed about it all and nervous. NOT WORRIED though. It will be great! Thanks for showing up to see my SAD SPELL of cards. Just not happy with them. They could be so much more and maybe will be revisited.

2.21.11 - Inspired by a Yorkie named GRIZZLY

2.22.11 - Inspired by... It just happened. Maybe it was the border punch,
or the butterfly stamp.

Not my best run of cards... But I have to get caught up so I can move on...

Ok, for whatever reason, I got behind - Didn't expect to, nor did I want to. But here I am, posting 6 cards that I made this week. Did not pull photos of old cards, but could have. None of these seem to go together and I think that is why I struggled so much. I don't always have the MOJO like I wish I did. The best thing is that now I can get caught up, post and move on -- Maybe even scratching everything that sits on my table unfinished. No stories for these cards, just postings... I O U - 6 cards and here they are.

2.20.11 - Inspired by a cupcake cricut image I forgot I had!

6 cards, on their way...

If I can get a halfway decent photo of them. They are all way different than my normal. What is my normal? I don't have a normal - but you will be able to tell that I have been struggling a little bit. I will push through. And DH may be on a business trip nthe rest of the week. MORE TIME for CARDS! YAY!

I O U! Like 4 cards I think....

I have them, but haven't photographed them. And I am heading out of town in a few. I am hoping to return this evening and find some time to get these cards up. I tried to take photos in a hurry and just didn't think that was fair to the cards. :) SO, I will try again tonight or tomorrow. NO SCHOOL TOMORROW!

Thanks for hanging in there, and I decided NOT to beat myself up if I miss a day or two - But to stick with the 365 cards for the year. It has been so great, using all these fun things I have in my space. And that is all I have for you now. Time to pack up and head out.

I think that makes 47 cards so far! YAY!

3 MORE Cards, One post - working ahead.

Finished my order for sympathy cards. These are one of a kind. This first card features Stampin Up paper. Border punch by Martha Stewart. Prettier in person. There was no sunlight today. I actually thought that it was going to rain.

Card 2.14.11 - Inspired by the paper from Stampin Up

I have had this patterned paper for a long time. One of my favorite background papers. Suggesting that there is so much to say without saying it. The flowers are fun using lePlume markers and a water squirt bottle. I could do these all day! HMMM, I think I need new markers. I am going to save up for the set from STAMPIN UP. Yes, that is what I am going to do. Thanks for looking!

Card 2.15.11 - Inspired by background paper

Here's that same bnackground paper with a different mood. I am getting out my blender pen, and learning how to do it. I think that there are a lot of things to do with it - but I need lessons.
I am loving my new oval punch and oval scallop. Great stuff. I am inspired.

Card 2.16.11 - Inspired by the Dove Blender pen. Thanks Carla!

3 Cards, One post, I am still at it.

I did get behind in posting, but I have been making cards. I am filling an order for more sympathy cards. I am having fun getting out some of the things I haven't used in awhile. Including paper. This paper is from Stampin Up. As are the stamps used.

Card 2.11.11 - Inspired by the paper

This one is also completely Stampin Up. Punch, paper and stamps. Lots of fun, even if it is a sympathy card. I am looking forward to spring flowers for sure. Not enough time in the day right now for me. I am on a non stop roll with these cards. I am excited to start packing for a scrap crop though. I told myself that it needed to be photos and step away from the cards for a weekend. I am looking forward to the challenge.

Card 2.12.11 - Inspired by STAMPIN UP

Pretty purple paper and some natural acrylic stamps. I love the white ink. OOPS, I did leave the lid off overnight. I hope it will survive! Never forget the fabulousness of white ink! Where is my white pen. The best thing ever. OK, I got caught up, and will try not to get more than 3 days behind.

Today's card and Tomorrow's card - This makes 41 out of 365 - Not bad!

I love rediscovering things that I already have. This goal of one card a day is absolutely the best thing I could have done for my creative spirit! Wow, I am finding things that I forgot I had, and they are speaking to me! HONESTLY! And can I tell you that if I can reach the 6 month mark, I think I am going to have to start planning one HUGE party! This is a life goal, a bucket list item, what ever you want to call it. It is making me happy!

Card 2.9.11 - Inspired by the embossing folder and a customer order

This one goes with the one above and it is posted early for tomorrow. I have got one more in the works. So things are going well and it was a good day. I made chili today too. :) All this with one sick kid at home. PHEW! WOW!

Cards for Monday and Tuesday....

PHEW! OK, I got quite a few of these birthday critters done. Time to head back to the stamps. This bunny was purchased immediately after posting and shipped to Chicago! BRRR! I am glad that tomorrow is Wednesday already. I was dreading this week, and we are halfway done. OK - I still need to get a card in the mail to my niece! That is tonight's goal.

Card 2.7.11 - inspired by my new texture folder from Stampin Up.

This cat looks great in all sorts of colors. These critters are addicting! I don't know if I can put them away. What about valentines day? I think I have to make some for my dear daughter and her class. I guess I better get started on them!

Cards for friday, saturday and sunday

More cute children's cards! I got in the groove and made a bunch, then had to wait for good lighting to photo graph them. All of these are inspired by my neice in New Jersey who will be 5! I thought I had better get something in the mail to her. And something fun. So these happened.
THANKS DEAR NIECE! This first one is a small owl card with an owl I had made a while ago. He was just flying around and waiting for a card to land on. SO, I gave him a hat!

Card 2.4.11 - Inspired by Amelia's upcoming birthday!

This cute bear put on her party clothes. Which included a trip through the corduroy machine! LOVE IT! This cricut cartridge is my favorite of course! I shipped a birthday bunny off to Chicago to wish someone special a happy birthday. And I can't forget to mention that a dear awesome cardmaking friend of mine, shared her paper!

Card 2.5.11 - Inspired by paper from a friend! BIRTHDAY PAPER!

I had to make this purple octupus! He is way cool! Purple and orange really put a POW in this card. The birthday critter cards are larger than most of my cards. These are 5 x 7. And a lot more fun to do in this size. Oscar even has a present to give to someone! Find him in my store and I will ship him to you!

What do you think? Cute as can be! A birthday dinoasaur! Can have any age you want inside . This was so much fun. The paper inspired me to think happy birthday thoughts and get some more of these cute critters from cricut in my etsy store. YAY! I have many more in progress. And the whole day off tomorrow!

It's FEBRUARY! OH MY! That was the fastest month ever.

Love this color scheme-one of my all time favorites! Purple and green! I made a zillion cards with this stuff. And another patchwork. Too fun. So much can be done. OK, I designed like 7 cards in my head today. Lucky for me, I have another snow day. But overnight, I will be praying that the power stays on. OH DEAR OH DEAR!
